I checked it in IE7, and it downloads fine, but I did notice in some browsers I had to use "save target as" to get the file insteead of a screenfull of text
Thanks for letting me know of this. Let me look into it and see if I can find another fix.

Edit: Apparently this happens with .rar files, and does nopt happen with zip files. Give me about 30 min, and I'll re-upload the files as zip's. That should fixthe problem.
