The command you need is LoadLibraryPose()
The pose file path name can either be absolute, e.g. "C:Program FilesCurious LabsPoserRuntimeLibraryPosethisPose.pz2" (use double backslashes!) or relative from the installed Poser folder: ":Runtime:Libraries:Pose:thisPose.pz2"

Unless you mean running a Python script from a pose file. This is not possible in Pro Pack, and I'm not sure whether it works in Poser 5. Poser 6 and higher can run a Python script from a pose file, don't know the name of the .pz2 entry off the top of my head. You can find it either in this forum or in the Poser Technical forum.
