daz free city blocks plus much editing is my suggestion.
Thats a good idea ... but editing ... well some destoyed texture with parts of tranparanty in them will do the trick..
I do that a lot in Vue ....
So JJ is right go get the free dystopia and make some textures for it with Holes in them
