Export the object in .obj format (Poser's native format).
To scale it to the right size, load it into the default Poser scene (the scene that appears when you first open P7), using Simon as a guide, scale the object till it's the right size. Then use the materian room to load the textures.  Open the props library to the folder you want to save it in and click in the plus sign to save the item as a prop.
