One other thing I didn;t see mentioned. Double check your group names. You may have an entire group that is misnamed compared to the names of the bones in your rigging, in which case poser won;t assign them and will give you this error. Poser is very finicky with names and is very case sensitive. I've seen this happen and drive me nuts because I missed a capital or lower case letter and the group showed up with me continuously misreading the name and it  wasn;t assigned to a bone becasue of this.
