This is a view of "Poplar Forests", the second home of Thomas Jefferson. He went here during the war of 1812, for one time of many.  This is under restoration.  Craftsmen who could duplicate the original lath and plaster interior walls are hired from England for that restoration. The home has his 8 sided configuration.
