With hypoglycemia, I avoid sugars...yes, this is not diabetic but the opposite.   Yet, I do love food! Cheeses...hotdogs...tobasco sauce...a nice ribeye steak...lots and lots of fish, baked or grilled. Oh my, you folks make me so hungry I hope the hunger thing does not overpower good judgment in posting an entry!    Never go shopping for food when hungry...you get all sorts of stuff you don't intend to purchase.  So, perhaps a good bite of Russian salt lard before posting an image will do it.   I have a fine friend in Russia who makes his own.     No joke...real stuff and it lasts well without refrigeration.
