Figure overall, the head is still in the process of being remapped.  The SkinHead is basically in place, and the lips themselves have been remapped, but the texture around them still needs attention, ergo the slight overlap on render.  I've been so distracted by the flaw in the knees though, that I haven't been able to give it proper attention.
