The easiest way to get rid of poke through for body parts that are covered is to make that specific body part "invisible" using the hierarchy editor from you drop down menu!

If an arm is poking through the shirt at the forearm for instance, just make the forearm invisible, it won't matter as you can't see it anyway through the shirt!
