Seriously, do you know how long that you had been working B4 the crash.
3 min?  10 min? 1/2 hour?

Were you doing any particular type of operation just before the crash?
How many renders had you done after starting Poser?
How may levels of "undo" do you have specified?
How many rendered images do you have in the queue?
