Roadkill 1.1 is strickly a UV mapping software, not modeling. You can find it here

It's much like the uv unwrapping tools in Hex but a bit less buggy. It's a stand alone program, altho it can be used as a plug-in for Studio, Maya, and XSI so don;t be put off when you first read the page, as it makes a lot about it's plug in opereation.
