Destiny .. the light source comes from wone angle .. hence it should have the highlight only on one side and not mirrored .. Better yet have no highlight and allow the poser eyeball to d the job with the lights S and basically for the lip thing I might try making the lip part of the texture a hair smaller .. give it a shot at least S
