Jen, I answered your instant message after waiting a bit to hear from DAZ as I sent them a couple of correspondences, and was hoping someone would check on their email. I am very sorry this has happened to all of you, but please understand that this is not a reflection of my work. The product is of excellent quality and I would not offer less. Unfortunately, I am not in a position to give this product to anyone who sends me a receipt. A DAZ product comes in its own installer with a license agreement that is specifically tailored to them. If you receive it without that licensing agreement then that would mean that you have not specifically understood what their policies are, and agreed to abide by it. It could also jeopardize my business relationship with them, because I am bound to sell on their terms. This is as frustrating for me as it is for you. Again, I reiterate, this is a fine product, and I apologize for anyone having difficulty but right now it is a situation that is beyond my control, although I am wishing fervently for a response from DAZ.
