If what he says is not happening, you may need to go into the Edit: Prefrences menu.  Or press F2.  Then, when this happens, go to directories and the poser subcatagory.  What I do, is I usually click Remove All, and do a search in my C drive for any poser compatable files.  If you chose not to do it in C, its still accepable.  In fact, if you don't know your source file location for your poser content, you can always search your entire computer, but it will take a long time.  This way, you will be able to quickly and easily find each and every single one of your poser compatable files without having to do it manually one by one.
