Saint Helier is the main town on the Island of Jersey which is the southernmost part of the British Isles,is near to France and has through hisorical associations many French names and connections.It was also the ONLY part of Britain to be invaded during WW11.It's a got wonderful tax levels that make it an ideal place for milionaires and business's to make it their home base.However you have to be invited to make it your home IF you are not Jersey born and bred.They like to keep the riff raff out.
