All you did, is inform me that a string of idiots screwed up with the technology, before the product got to the register.  Even worse, kind of like a bad polish joke about lightbulbs! And college degrees don't impress me, sister. I know a lot of grads who don't know the fuzzy side of a paint brush. Just look at all the screw ups in the medical profession. You can't buy smart. It has to be earned.
