Not sure what you mean by recipes, but you could try the training videos on lynda.com. Under 'Products' go to 'Photoshop (all versions)' then 'Photoshop brushes'. There are 5 videos for free - the rest you have to pay for but it's only $25 for a month and you can view all the vids you want in that time.
