Yes, it is perfectly legal and acceptable to redistribute or sell a .uvs file for Victoria. These types of files do not contain any proprietary data, so that is fine.

We spoke formerly on the phone. I’ve remapped the Daz figure Victoria 4.1 so that it will be compatible with Victoria 3 texture maps. I wish to market this remap as a UVS file (no objects, materials, or textures included). In order to do so, I need written confirmation from you that there wouldn’t be any violation of copywrite in doing so. Therefore I most respectfully request that such confirmation be provided, by email, so that I may pass it on to the Renderosity MP.
