Edit: Come to think of it, he reminds me of that one pilot/soldier in Galactica. I can't remember the characters name..Crash..maybe? It was in season two when Balthar crashlanded with chief on Caprica.

Never saw that show, so unless the actor was in something else, that's not where I have seen him.
