I did get a set of hybrid materials that were a combination of procedural and image mapped texture that was pretty good, 3DDj`s Modular Materials Vol 3 : Naturals.
The texturing .psd and brushes I bought were a disater and the layer styles I bought an even worse disaster. The .psd did not want to play well as layers, the brushes did not have good enough value distribution, and the styles can't be used with anything having more surface area then text selections because of the scale of the repeating elements, lay them on a box or cylinder and they look rediculous. All these products have required extensive editing to texture anything that needs actual tiling such as a rusted iron girder or a cloth curtain prop.
There are free proceduaral textures on the web that are terrific though, RuntimeDNA, and Mapps come to mind. Sorry no links right now.
Sorry to be a bummer but I just am so surprised that this sort of thing would pass as "seamless" in the RMP. These are my own negative examples above to show the idea, I did not want to violate copyright.
