Is it possible that you have named your actual runtime something other than just "runtime"?  For example "V3 Runtime".

Have you named the actual runtime folder something like "V3 Runtime" and then placed the contents directly into that so that the path is as follows?

V3 Runtime Geometries
V3 Runtime Textures
V3 Runtime Libraries

If so that is the problem. The correct path for the above example would be as follows:

V3 Runtime Runtime Geometries
V3 Runtime Runtime Textures
V3 Runtime Runtime Libraries

When you link the runtime to Poser you browse to the folder called "V3 Runtime" and Poser will look inside that folder for it's own "Runtime" folder.

Here is a link to a tutorial on using multiple runtimes.

Another tip is to never just unzip or install anything directly to your runtime. Always unzip or install to a separate folder. Then browse through the folder to have a look at the structure of where things are going and make sure that it's in "proper runtime structure" so that when you move it to the runtime, they get into the proper folders.
