There's a free one in 3ds format at  http://www.turbosquid.com  but you have to register.
On the frontpage scroll down to ' 3dmodels ' and click the pic.
On the next page look left for 'search terms' , write Playstation into the search box  and press 'go' .
To find the controller click on ' lower prices' and the freebies show up.

There is one here, but it's for Cinema4D and it will have to be converted.
