As geep says, I have sub folders in my "Hair" folder for [V4 hair], [V3 hair], [A3 hair], [Mixed peeps hair] etc. Navigation is easy via the small black triangle.
Initial loading time of the programme may be increased by a small amount but it's not excessive and once it's loaded it runs just as fast as ever and IMVHO navigating sub folders is quicker. 
And yes I have tried multiples!!
