References in the files are usually starting with :runtime: and that means a folder with the name "runtime" not the Poser runtime. A correctly build Poser runtime consists of a folder that gives the runtime its name. Like the default runtimes "Poser 7" or "Download", which then have a folder called runtime inside. Poser itself cannot create a correct runtime structure that 99% of the content on the market (and itself) uses. It'll just not create the folder "runtime". (And it's been like that forever, no matter how often it's reported - but it got an annotation in the manual now.) So name your folder "Runtime V4" "V4" only and create a folder "runtime" inside that, and move the libraries, geometries etc. inside that "runtime" folder. V4->runtime->libraries V4->runtime->geometries I'd also suggest to not create runtimes inside of other runtimes, as Poser is then too stupid to save the correct path when saving to the libraries. And you also risk to lose all runtimes when there's another installer flaw...
