It is bothersome that people confuse "short" with "child", even if there are blatant things like large breasts/hips, or crow's feet.  In this case I think the shorter character actually looks more mature, but both seem to be fully grown up to me.  I'd suggest bigger hips on the shorter girl though, they seem a bit too narrow for the rest of the body.
