To me both look "child-like" because of the face. The face looks really young, and if you are thinking of posting this character in the gallery, I'd strongly suggest that she be well clothed and in a cutesy pose that is not provocative or suggestive in anyway.  I don't really think that image would withstand the scruitiny and be allowed to stay because a big thing that is looked at and is the deciding factor for many is the age of the face regardless of whether the figure is short or tall or has size 99ZZZZ boobs or is flat chested.
