I've seen the same complaint hundreds of times in the last 10 years. somebody should warn new 3D users about the 5 stages of their reaction to how their renders are received: 1. overconfidence 2. self-doubt 3. denial 4. anger 5. acceptance if the clue faerie would just clue the newbies in to this inevitable cycle, it would save alotta grief IMVHO.
