Short people don't have small heads. Even people with extreme dwarfism don't have small heads. So both pics are really wrong on that front. Children don't really have small heads either, and they never have large breasts in my experience, so neither pic looks much like a child either. Both pics appear to have some being with odd, non-human proportions. ^_^
