I see that you got wrong the direction of Latitude/ Longitude , if  you look on the map, east is always +90 and west - 90 and in your images it is a mirror of that so it can't works in poser, Lad/Long map is a sphere map the same as the world map of earth so from your images, America would be on east. My information was based on the world map so can't be wrong ? and what i am talking here about is your wrong Latitude map .. if you wanna make a test, create a correct Latitude map 2:1 convert to Light Probe Angular map and you will see where the sun come up...
