The picture is what I have to see for HDR to work right for me.
The ball this time is just a perfectly mirrored surface. There is no other object in the scene.
I have to see what is behind me (the camera) in the mirror ball; and I have to use the spherical environment for the skylight.
Well, I don't have to, but that is the only way it can work right for me.
I would show you a 360 degree panoramic render (minus the mirrored ball) but that would be the same as posting a picture of the original .exr, which is copyrighted, so I can't do that.
If you go to the link and look at the picture called "Pisa courtyard nearing sunset, Italy" that is what a 360 degree panorama render would show, the same as what is shown there (If I changed picture size to 2:1).
I think I should withdrawal from the thread, because it must be completely different and would have no use for Poser HDR rendering.
Anyway, you are making very nice HDRs; hope you keep making them.
