Speaking as a heavy consumer of dresses for V4, both free and expensive, I'd like to comment that the shape, fall and fit of the dress is very fine. You obviously have an eye and talent for the shape and drape. Go for it!

I only use dynamic. I've converted several prop dresses to dynamic. However, clothing designed from the start to be dynamic is the best. I hope you release it, free or not free, to the community. Don't worry about too many textures/materials.....some would be nice, but many of us will add many.
