Oh gosh. My opinion for and from using poser. Prob will get flamed for this.
Poser is a 3D character design program. A 3D character utility program for other 3D aps or it can itself without much of a scene, and characters. After using Bryce (6.1), and D|S, I found those can hold more than Poser can. Also render faster, better than poser can. In poser, I was not able to put in scenes to compensate from using backgrounds without memory errors. Even the BSOD (self reboot) in WinXP.
