Well basically the kid tried to lie and get outta it blaming the accident on bryster while actually the kid was the one being irresponsible.
Still i kind of agree about the vengefulness.. dunno how young the kid is exactly or how rich his parents are, but considering the costs plus losing drivers lisence and mainly the part of having to pay for a new car... if the kid had been me it would defenitely cost me a few years of financial crippledness. Basically slowing down my life's plan a few years... I'd consider it a huge impact on my life so far if it was me in the kids shoes.
