Here; rank heresy, of course, but a couple of Hail Materials and our Focii, and you'll be right as rain. Easy, free, and we have a forum explaining how to use 'em. You can create files (.obj format is recommended), texture them, and not only use them in Bryce, but in Poser as well as other programs.
