I have a problem with the way this is handled.

I worked in the I.T. / I.S. Department for more than 10 years, and one of the things you learn is, when a customer calls in with an issue with a service that you are providing.

You dont refere the customer to a website so that they can log a problem for you.  You are working and servicing the customer so when they call with an issue..  You handle the logging and pass the information to the proper team.

When you called Daz for support, they should have logged this problem for you and sent it off to their Q.A. and software developers on you're behalf.

Asking you to go through the hastle of creating a seperate login id, just so you can report a bug is bad service.

You shouldnt be required to do that for them... they should do that when you phone for support and tell them what the problem is.
