Hmmm...the problem could a couple of things, but the first thing that comes to mind is this:
Does the original figure have morph injections ?  If so, you have to make sure that they are loaded in and then save a copy of the CR2 out into your Poser library. 

Let me ask this, what is the orginal Cr2 of and what are you trying to transfer them to ?
