Morphmanager does only put the dials of the morph in the CR2-file, not the morphs itself, AFAIK, the only program that can do that is Morphmagic, which can be bought at the DAZ3D-website.
Wardrobewizard is capable of appling the cothes to a morphed figure, but the clothes will only fit that special figure and won't give you any morph dials (AFAIK, if I'm wrong somebody tells me), but on the other hand  you can apply the clothes to almost any morphed figure.
