If you're on a PC Morphmanager is a pretty easy utility to learn. And because the morphs are built into Aiko and Hiro, they are probably the easiest combo to work with as far as transfering morphs over to the clothing.
If they are custom morphs, I believe that if you save the figure with your custom morphs you can transfer them as well.
Also, if I recall correctly, you can use the netherworks morph kit to transfer in standard Hiro morphs as well as the Netherworks morphs for Hiro.
@ SSAfam1 The Netherworks kits might also be a viable option for the V3 morph situation as well
