or any combination of the above. I'm interested in the picture, not so much how it got there (rank Heresy!..;) Metasequoia's not bad, I've played with it some, but it's an older version for English; they 'went Japanese' on it for more recent versions (as I remember...rightly or wrongly..;)

Blender will do many things; animate, bone and rig (but not for Poser), discombobulate (greebles), sculpt, UVMap, convert file formats, make Julian fries, slice, dice....;) It's free, which is good, but dang, knowing where to find things can take getting used to..dozens of menus and submenus. Don't let me scare you off; it does some things fairly well. 

Don't feel bad, I went through a Boolean phase, but I wanted more control over the primitives (spheres, cubes, etc). It's only another path; you can stay with Bryce if you want for that, or not.
