A couple of things could do that, the various pieces aren't parented to anything, you may have a control prop you haven't found. If there isn't one this trick helps a lot: new scene, load a ball prop load the villa go to the Heiarchy window and parent every part of the villa to the ball. Turn ball invisible and turn off cast shadows. Name Ball to Villa Control. Use it to movve the whole vill. The various other elements are still moveable. Want to scale villa, use ball.
