Hi, I agree with you. V4 does seem to be difficult to make really pretty and young looking. If you look in the MP there are many characters where she looks like she's 40years old and somewhat masculine at times. It's not impossible to get her to look young and sweet but it's difficult I think judging by the number of characters where people have dressed them like young things but they just don't look it.
