Subject: Dose Morphmanager actually transfer the morphs or just the names of the morphs??

Yep, Morph Manager transfers the whole morph. I haven't had any yet that didn't work with Cross Dresser conversions, provided I did not regroup the mesh. If you do that, the morphs either won't work at all or won't work correctly.
