If I am not around...my lower back WENT.... PAIN... meds, ice (ice is best for my type of back problems) fire: only SMOKE, house safe and I am sealed up inside it - can't go outside, but getting help with food water etc... so need to take back meds, ICE, and REST...so if I don't comment on art or be "around a while" then please understand... this too shall pass... SIGH... but darn it.... I am due for some QUITE, NON TRAUMA TIMES NOW I think!!
