Yes, make the toes and feet invisible before you put the socks on by double-clicking them and checking the invisible box. Put the socks on. Make the toes of the socks invisible. You might want to taper the foot part of the sock using the dial for each before you put the shoes on. Once you get the shoes on, play with the xscale and yscale dials for each shoe. Hope this helps.
