When you go into the Material Room all you need to do is clear the texture, bump and transparencies and change the colour for one body part then click on the little arrow at the top right of the pallet and select apply to all.

That and take the extra step of Saving that material collection to your material library and then you can one click apply it from that point on. But don't let that stop the OP from posting a freebie. Freebies are good! Especially to the new folks who don't know how to do anything yet.
