Quote - So which programs transfer clothing morphs to converted clothes and which programs transfer figure morphs to clothes.
I see alot of figure to clothes tranfers but none clarify if they can transfer clothes to converted clothes.
I'd like to know cause I am going need both.
This is what I know for sure. Others can add to it.
The Tailor (available at www.daz3D.com) allows you to alter clothing made for a particular figure so that it fits a morphed version of the SAME figure.
Wardrobe Wizardv(available at www.PhilC.net) is a python script which works inside of Poser. It converts clothing from one figure to fit ANOTHER figure.
Cross Dresser (available at www.evilinnocence.com/) is a stand alone product, working outside of Poser that allows you to convert clothing from one figure to ANOTHER figure aswell. Downloading Cross Dresser is free. If you have Victoria 4 and see an outfit that is made for Victoria 3 that you wish to use on your Vic 4. You would buy a Vic 4 license for $9.99. And ANY figure Cross Dresser supports, you can convert clothing from that figure to Vic 4. There is a list on Evilinnonce's site as well as PhilC's site of the figures supported.
ClothingKit (found at www.netherworks-studios.com) allows you to convert clothing made for a particular figure to the morphed figure using magnets. It works inside Poser.
I use Cross Dresser and V3Cloth Kit from Netherworks studios. As far as what's the easiest...I couldn't tell you. Cross Dresser, I find, does a clean conversion in seconds. I just started using the Netherworks and didn't realize beforehand it used magnets (I was deathly afraid of magnets) but I find I'm getting the hand of it just from reading the tutorial that came with the kit. It's going to rest on your comfort level as well as where you are in Poser, (newbie, advanced, etc).
Someone else can explain Morph Manager.
Hope my rambling helped. :)
