Quote - Eh...just curious, when you say to reinstall poser, do you mean EVERYTHING? Like the nearly 300 goodies I've been gathering online (yes, they were all freebies)? If yes... :o OMG That's gonna take forever to just delete let alone reinstall - manually!

Try resetting the preferences as I described in my first post.

If you have to reinstall Poser, I mean only the program. No need to reinstall your installed content.

Reinstalling Poser should not affect your installed content, meaning Poser won't delete anything extra that you have added. It will simply reinstall it's files over what it installed earlier.
