Yes, looks that way to me.  A background with a figure and suitcase.  The figure looks "softened" and could have been done using gausian blur during the render, or a soften or slight blur in post work using a plugin.

IMHO the background is too blury for the image though, especially the upper portion of it.  I would love to know the outfit used as I love shear, wispy things like that.

The lighting is nice.  Lights will either make or break your image. I put together a list of links to lighting tutorials.  See this thread.  I strongly suggest Olivier's poser 6 lighting tutorials over at RDNA.
