There really aren't many good images of skin on line. What I'm going to tell you to do will sound extremely weird. Go to google image search, turn off safe search, and enter porn, naked women, naked men,or whatever porn type body part word you want. Set it to browse only large images or extra large images. Plenty of exposed skin in porn images. That's what I do when I need new skin. Also you can find some pretty good faces that way.
Except that if you plan on using those to create something that you then want to redistribute, it's not something you can do.
