i found similar forums in the different modelling area and I think a lot of the 'looking down the noses'  is because the majority of 'artists' using poser dont make their own characters and props and because of the blank eyed soft porn that is soooo abundant.

In some ways poser is like the emergence of the new 'you tube' penomenom sweeping the world. Everyone can be a movie star now so there is just soooooo much crap on it.

That sort of stuff wont change, it is up to that 20% of artist here (which i may one day gain entry to its rarefied halls) to keep the standard up for others like myself to strive towards. My first glimpse of Melizod's mountains blew me away and I have been trying to get to that level ever since.  that is what is needed to stare down the critics as well as help towards those who want to learn.
